Returns & Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds..Exchange Eligibility: We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In original packaging

Anything that shows signs of wear or misuse will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.

Share a package opening video and clear pictures of article for review. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.


Exchange Value: Exchanges are processed at the current product price. If there’s a price difference, it will be adjusted accordingly. Discount codes used in the original purchase cannot be reused.

Exchange Options

Home Pickup: Exchange your item from home through our courier partner. A standard fee of PKR 400 applies to cover handling costs.

Self Shipment: You may send the item to us using a traceable courier service. Once received and approved, we’ll dispatch your replacement.

Processing Time: Exchanges are typically completed within 5–10 working days after approval.
