6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Exchange Policy.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In original packaging

Drift reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds.

In case of damaged or defective items, customers must report within 24 hours of delivery with proof. Approved cases may be eligible for replacement or store credit.
